Hotel Gets Early “Spring Cleaning”

The Tides Hotel on Folly Beach is Closed This Week For Renovations and Annual “Spring Cleaning” 2013

The Tides Hotel on Folly Beach, BLU Restaurant and Bar and Roasted - We Proudly Serve Starbucks coffeehouse will be temporarily closed for an early “spring cleaning”  and renovation this week, January 7-10. The hotel, restaurant and coffee shop will re-open their doors Friday, January 11th. 

The Tides annual cleaning is to ensure our guests feel like they have arrived at a newly finished hotel with the smell of fresh paint, newly refinished floors, and steam cleaned rooms.

The closure for a few days will allow the Tides Hotel on Folly Beach the opportunity to thoroughly clean and inspect all guest rooms, replace all the tubs, showers, and fixtures in each guest room bathroom, and install new mattresses. Other planned work includes deep cleaning all furnishings, cleaning and refinishing the floors in the Tides lobby and BLU, and repainting the exterior corridors along with the pool deck and beach bar.
