A breezy private event space with beach views for days. It’s the ideal spot for corporate meetings, birthday parties and formal receptions. Clink champagne glasses with a few friends on the adjacent Juliet balcony for an Instagram-worthy moment.

Pavilion Ballroom is a traditional private event space perfect for seated meals and dancing! The ballroom measures 33’ x 93’ and can be split in up to three parts for more intimate events. The maximum capacity of the space is 200.

BLU Beach Bar & Grill

Guests can rent our outside pergola for special events in fall and winter (when the temperature in Charleston is a comfortable 60 degrees). The beautiful retreat features florals, plant dividers and, of course, stunning oceanfront views.
